"You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity"

yup,that what i have learned from from  customer service line.i really glad i watch the movie snatch like 50 times. when you thought people just cant get any dumber, there will be someone who puts the cherry on top of the ice cream, its amazing really...

sometime I'll be serving the customer, and i think really? you are seriously asking this question?

there are so much stuff happens in my work, some time is really funny or it just piss me off.

i had a customer coming to me and asking is it cold in the cinema?i just gave him a look o.O
some people think that on a Saturday if a new movie like the smurfs, will not be filled with people. The show starts at 2 pm and you are coming to the tickets at 2 pm and expect it not to be a full house, when i say only the front rows are left, you look at me in surprise and say "what!only the front row left!" and you ask me why is there a lot of people, i thought this is signature always less people one, and i just smile. But what really want to say is you do realize that its a Saturday and its a new movie, and since mega mall is like freaking full, that's why people come to signature and watch it, not to mention that people other then you're self has a life and also have the weekend off where there go out with their family as you  are going right now? 

sometime i just pray to god, to give me the power to not hit the customer or snap at them, it's just so hard to be nice to them went your so pissed off.
so what i do is i gave a straight answer, some tough love...
 " only the front seat left, (yes)  no more seats? (no), how about other movies (all full) "

it's is mean but I'm saving your time and mine =)
